3. User Responsibilities
You agree:

- ✓Not to misuse the platform
- ✓Not to engage in fraud
- ✓To keep login details secure
4. Payments
4.1 Payment Processing
- ✓All payments are processed via Stripe.
4.2 Merchant of Record
- ✓Burger n Beast Richmond is the Merchant of Record and responsible for order fulfillment, pricing and applicable taxes, and refunds and disputes.
4.3 Security
- ✓Payments comply with PCI DSS standards.
4.4 Failed Payments
- ✓We are not responsible for failures due to bank issues, incorrect details, or payment gateway downtime.
5. Orders
- ✓Orders are subject to availability
- ✓Once placed, orders may not be cancellable in some cases
- ✓Incorrect details may lead to delays or failure
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy and may be approved only in valid cases.
7. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated:

- ✓Fraudulent disputes may result in account restriction

Living Spark Global Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for:
- ✓Business losses
- ✓Food/service-related issues
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may suspend for maintenance or security.
