1. Introduction
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data by Living Spark Global Tech Pvt Ltd ("Processor") on behalf of its clients ("Controller").
2. Scope
This DPA applies when the Company processes personal data on behalf of clients using its services.
3. Definitions
- ✓Controller: The entity determining purpose of data processing
- ✓Processor: Living Spark Global Tech Pvt Ltd
- ✓Personal Data: Any information relating to an identifiable individual
4. Nature of Processing
The Processor will process data only:
- ✓As instructed by the Controller
- ✓For providing agreed services
- ✓In compliance with applicable laws
5. Types of Data Processed
- ✓Name, email, phone number
- ✓Transaction data
- ✓User activity data
- ✓Any data submitted via platform
6. Obligations of Processor
The Company agrees to:
- ✓Process data lawfully and securely
- ✓Implement appropriate technical safeguards
- ✓Restrict access to authorized personnel only
- ✓Not use data for its own purposes
7. Sub-Processors
The Company may use third-party providers such as:
- ✓Cloud hosting services
- ✓Payment gateways
- ✓Communication platforms
- ✓All sub-processors are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
8. Data Security
We implement:
