This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services and products offered by Living Spark Global Tech Pvt Ltd.

2. General Policy

  • All payments made to the Company are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed at the sole discretion of the Company.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Payment deducted but service not activated within a reasonable timeframe
  • Technical failure from our side that prevents service delivery
  • Cancellation approved by the Company before service initiation

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial usage of services
  • Delay caused by third-party providers (payment gateways, APIs, etc.)
  • Client-side issues (incorrect data, misconfiguration, etc.)
  • Subscription renewals already processed

5. Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged
  • Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal

6. Refund Process

  • Requests must be sent to bhavanshu@livingspark.in within 7 days of payment
  • Include transaction ID and reason for request
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

7. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.

8. Changes to Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
